No Parties, Smoking, or Drugs: No parties, smoking, or illegal substances are allowed. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without a refund. No Extra Guests: Only registered guests are allowed. Maximum occupancy is 8 people Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with prior approval and a $200 pet fee. Pets must be crated when left alone. Quiet Hours: From 10 PM to 8 AM, please keep noise to a minimum to respect our neighbors. Our unit is located on a lower level, so there may be some occasional noise. No Candles: No glitter Do not cover Ring door cameras We regularly treat our home for pests to keep it as bug-free as possible. Might see a dead bug or two this means its working. Immediate Communication: “If you encounter any cleanliness issues upon arrival, please notify us within the first 24 hours. We will make every effort to address your concerns promptly. Our refund policy for cleaning issues is based on the severity and impact on your stay. Minor, one-off issues typically do not warrant compensation, but we are committed to resolving any significant cleanliness concerns to ensure a comfortable stay.

This trip was absolutely amazing! Jonathan was very informative and responsive. The house was amazing and had everything we needed. We had 4 adults and 1 toddler. The pool was perfect for the little one learning to swim and the beach was close for us to play in the sand! Located on 90 and very close to anything you wanted to do!!

This home was amazing for our family. Lots to do inside the home that kept teen boys entertained. Everything was clean, spacious…just pristine! Plenty of room for many to sleep, gather, eat. Pools were beautiful and beach was an easy walk. Definitely recommend this place and hope we can return soon.

Jonathan is a great host and communicates very well with his guests. The condo is great, the decorations and arcade games were amazing. We will definitely try and stay here again when we are back in December.

We had an incredible stay at this condo! The accommodations were top-of-the-line, featuring nice TVs and a perfect setup with Xbox and PlayStation 5, which made our family gaming nights pretty sweet. This place was great! Beautiful, fun, comfy beds, very clean and beautiful quiet community! Close to the beach and two pools to choose from. We would definitely stay here again if it’s available next time we are in town! Jonathan was very responsive whenever we had a question and very easy to work with! Loved everything about our stay!
